Bati Bleki - redesign

Rona Coster has been an invaluable collaborator with VisitAruba.com since the beginning of time, at least VisitAruba time anyway.... For several years into the collaboration, the ever-popular gossip and island vibe column ran for several years as plain HTML pages, Rona would send us an email, and we would create a webpage weekly from it. Woe to us if we were late, expectant readers would come knocking fast and furious: Bati Bleki was as eagerly anticipated as the first cup of monday morning coffee. A couple of years back Rona was given access  to create the column herself online, which she took to very quickly. This improved version served its purpose for more years to come, but we and Rona were looking for a better way to handle the regular flow of content she so skilfully types out.

Now, Bati Bleki - new style - has been rebuilt from the ground up in a WordPress blog format, and Rona continues to post the news herself, almost daily. Whereas all former versions were a weekly affair, new articles now are available on the site as the latest news happens. In addition to the new look and functionality, the blog's RSS feed is also channelled to the home page of VisitAruba.com, as well as to the VisitAruba Bulletin Board.
